When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account to view tracking information.

What's your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of ordering them. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A return fee applies: 69 SEK (6.9 €). Exchanges are free.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed and you should receive the money to your original payment method within 14 days. If this is not the case, we kindly ask you to contact our crew support.

What does your warranty cover?

Our 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

How do I file a warranty claim?
