Hang tight, refunds take a little time, but we’ve got you. Here’s how it usually goes:

• Once you’ve sent back your return, it can take up to 10 business days to land at our warehouse.
• From there, our crew needs 1–3 business days to process the return and make sure everything’s in line.
• After that, give it 4–10 business days for the refund to make its way back to your account.
• The money will go straight back to the same card you used at checkout—easy and automatic.
