My order got canceled, why?Updated 2 months ago
Sometimes we have to hit the brakes on an order, and it’s usually due to one of these reasons:
- The order was placed to a PO box, military address, or a forwarding company – we don’t ship to those.
- The delivery address is in a region or country we currently don’t ship to. You can find the full list here: Where do you ship?
- The item or items you ordered somehow were out of stock (sorry!)
We reserve the right to cancel orders for these reasons. If your order is canceled, you’ll get an email confirmation and a full refund will be issued right away. The money should land back in your account within 1–7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
