At Colourwear, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something’s gone wrong with your gear due to a production defect—we’ll make it right. That’s our warranty promise.

*Note: Our warranty only covers orders placed from our website and not purchases made from one of our distributing retailers. Here we kindly ask you to check with the store you bought your item(s) from.

What’s Covered:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes things like:

  • Broken zippers or seams coming undone
  • Snaps, buttons, or velcro failing under normal use
  • Delamination or fabric separation

What’s Not Covered:

We don’t cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • UV or chemical exposure
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function (like scuffs or fading)

What Happens Next:

If your product qualifies under warranty, we’ll either repair it, replace it, or issue a voucher. The choice depends on the issue, product availability, and what’s most sustainable.

If it’s not covered under warranty, we’ll still do our best to help you find a solution.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Fill out our warranty claim form and select Claim
  2. Upload clear photos showing the issue
  3. Include your order number or proof of purchase

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a few business days.
